Questions you may have for the big day.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend guests plan to arrive around 3:15 PM, to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled. The ceremony will begin at 4 PM.
Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will take place both indoors and outdoors. We recommend bringing a light jacket/sunscreen depending on weather.
What is the timeline for the day?
3:30 PM – Guests arrive & are seated
4:00 PM – Ceremony begins
4:30 PM – Ceremony ends / Cocktail hour begins
5:30 PM – Guests invited to dinner reception / Grand entrance
5:45 PM – First dances (couple, parent dances)
6:45 PM – Dinner service begins
7:15 PM – Toasts and speeches
7:45 PM – Open dance floor
8:30 PM – Cake cutting & dessert
9:00 PM – More dancing & fun!
10:00 PM – Grand exit / End of celebration

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We can’t wait for you to enjoy a fun night out with us!

Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! Park in any available spot in front of the venue.
